Can i go to isreal as an arab?

Hello! I'm from Bahrain, one of the persian gulf countries (Yes, an Arabic country). I really want to travel to isreal! Can I go there or am i banned? And if im not banned, can i go there and then return to Bahrain? Oh and, if I do go there can I also go to Iran someday(since im from persian origins but I dont have an Irani passport, however ive been there as a kid under the age of 12 twice).
