HELP with unmanageable frizzy hair!?

Hey. Lately my hair is been behaving bad, everytime i scrunch my hair which is naturally wavy and curly, i end up with big frizzy hair that doesn't even scrunch anymore it doesnt make curls, i use herbal essences mousses and gels. What products and techniques can i use to have better results? I want my hair to have the scrunch finish to it and just to be curly and to stay looking that way throughout the day. any tips?
