How long do boobs grow for?

Right now I'm 15, and I'm a 36 DD. I'm scared that they'll keep growing to the point where they're just unmanageable; i don't even like the size they are right now. So I'm wondering if maybe (hopefully) they'll stop now, or if theres a good chance they'll get even bigger.
