Is it possible to book an appointment for GYNO using my moms insurance without having to tell her about it?

I am 18 years old and a couple of months ago my mom took me to get the implanon implant inserted into my arm. I have experienced various symptoms such as mood swings, depression, acne, dizziness, and nausea. I have already expressed to my mom that I would like to get the implant removed, and she would not believe me (she thinks i am trying to get pregnant) but I really can not stand being on this BC anymore its ruining my relationships etc. So is there anyway I can book an appointment at my regular GYNO office-using my mom's insurance- without her knowing? I can't afford to get it out on my own, and it is making me really sick and depressed.
