I was harassed at the park w//o a cell phone?

So what happened was, I was sitting on the swing because I rode my bike over to the park, and I forgot my cell phone, and then this really nice Mexican girl sat by me, and we talked then, her 11 year old cousin, who was like super short, started harassing us, and acting all macho, then her started picking on me, and said some very dirty gross things. Then he had his half brother STEAL my bike and ride it around, while I tried to catch up, then he tripped me, and like stood over me, and like asked me out (I'm 14!) and then I kicked him real hard, dragged his, and I said; 'You can't steal my bike and get away with it, I have four siblings, and a very easy to get pissed off father.' then they got all up in my face and was like, my cousin owns a bazooka, and my dad owns this and this and the he threatened to sue me for defending myself! so I told him to shove off and he left, is this considered Sexual Harassment?
