One month missed period. 2 negitive pregnancy test.?

Hey everyone. I'm driving myself a little nuts. I haven't started my period all month. It is now July 1st. I didn't start for the whole month of june. I took a hpt but it came up negitive. So I went to the planned parenthood and got a pee test done and it also came up neg. She said to come back in 2 weeks. I've been having pregnancy symptoms all month long. Mood swings, freqent urination, nasaua, back cramps. Etc. I don't know what to do. I feel like I am pregnant. I would like to know so that I can do all the proper things you're suppose to do when pregnant. I need some answers:( I hate bring confused like this.
