Sever arthritis pain due bone marrow recovery, what to do ?

What can I do relieve mother arthritis pain that is cause by bone marrow recovery. She was getting chemo that helped her bone marrow to get better and unfortunately now it caused her arthritis to become unmanageable. None of the medication works.
